I had HP PSC printer for a long time but software isn't work in my new computer. I called to HP support to give me a new software. They want to charge a cost to help me out! Forget it! I rather to buy a new printer. I never buy this HP again!

Have been using the software for quite some time. Generally speaking the software is too bulky and occupies a lot of space on the disc. Further there have been problems on reinstallation of the software in my laptop though the os is xp[media edition] is supposed to be compatible with it. there is a problem with the menu of the Director the individual items in yje window refuse to open on many occasions. By and large the software does not measure up to the standards of HP, Thank you for seeking my experience.
